Progess is gone?

Had this happen to me and someone else I know, occurred after we linked our accounts to their website.

I am experiencing the same issue as well, my entire progress was reset after I attempted to link my Nexon account to utilize their cross progression system and in their infinite wisdom they decided to allow the game to create a brand new save if you link it to Nexon after you have already started playing, and good luck getting a hold of anyone at Nexon for a solution. This issue is plaguing a lot of players right now

LOL you got info people when you linking account you generaly create a new one with suteble with NEXOn GG >> READ before doing somethings... steam is steam and nexon is nexon.. this is not phone game for link account for save stability....

Didn't try to bind anything, was able to finally log in, and it took me to the characted select screen.

Had this happen to me. The problem was I didn’t use the in game option to make an account when I was on steam and used my phone. The fix is to un link everything. Go into game on steam, go to options and account and make a whole new Nexon account. Then link the other platforms.
