Lost All Progress When Linking Nexon Account
So I played this game for around 6 hours yesterday. I enjoyed it a lot, I bought a bunch of currency and the premium pass. I decided to link my Nexon account so I could get the Twitch Drops and BAM. Gone. All of it.

My account was completely reset. It gave me a new user ID, restarted the game from the tutorial and all of the currency and pass I bought is lost. I tried unlinking my account but that broke it even more! It created a THIRD new user ID, also starting again at the tutorial.

So now I'm out 100 bucks and half a day of my time with no fix in sight. I've tried the live chat, support tickets and the Discord. No one has responded to anything. Ghosted for over 24 hours now.

This is becoming a wide spread issue but the devs are not acknowledging it. Many many people have posted on here, Discord and Twitter about this exact issue. Losing their progress and paid currency with no way to get it back. This is absolutely unacceptable and can not be ignored and yet here we are. Not even a statement on the issue.

i have the exact same Problem and there no Help out there . Just open a Ticket.

You will get your old data back once you delink from NEXON.

I got my progress back, but no thanks to the TFD team. They still haven't answered my ticket in 30 hours. Not a peep.

I went through the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Maple Story support team and got it done. I did a live chat with them and they fixed my progression issue in 10 minutes. God the support for this game is so sad...

Unfortunately not. When I unlinked, the unlinked account was also at the tutorial. My issue was the game picking up an old account that I hadn't used in 10 years instead of the one I made when I signed up for this game.

All's well that ends well I guess. But this process is still a mess and the support is laughable. I got lucky this time but it doesn't bode well for future issues..

It's probably cause the team for this game is being flooded with repeat request and the servers are having a lot of trouble it seems. So they're probably short handed or their ticket portal is crashing from the heavy load.

I opened a ticket roughly 24 hours ago, no response but I've heard others had it resolved within 2-3 days
