Account already exists. Password reset error.

My email address seems to have been used to create an account (not by me). When I try to reset the password, I receive the authentication code via email, but after entering it, I get a message saying, "Authorization limit reached. Please wait 5 minutes." Even after 24 hours, it still says the same. Is there any way to contact Nexon without logging into an existing account?

Finally, I was able to create the account. After around 24 hours, I tried to create a new account with the same email address, and it told me, "This email address is invalid" instead of "already exists" like before. So, I tried to log in with this address and, after typing the address (no password) on the login screen on nexon.com, I got a prompt to finish account creation, and it worked.

Edit: The new account was already linked to my Steam account, so I guess the game automatically created an account after clicking "link accounts" in-game for the first time but messed it up somehow.

i fixed mine by downloading dynasty warriors 2 my phone n trying forgot password on there it gave me a link str8 to password change none of that broken email code bull

Habe auch vermutet das es schon angelegt wurde allerdings kommt dann: "Es tut uns leid, aber wir haben keinen Nexon-Account mit den von dir eingegebenen Daten gefunden."... Möchtest du einen Account erstellen?

Probiere mal meine Methode. Mindestens 24h warten, dann mit nem Browser ohne Add Ons (Adblock etc.) versuchen den Account zu erstellen. Sobald kommt E-Mail ungültig in den Anmelden tab wechseln und versuchen damit anzumelden. Da kam dann bei mir das Prompt "hier klicken und die Accounterstellung zu beenden". Vielleicht klappt es ja auch bei dir, viel Glück!
