i had the same issue with intel cpu, its a problem that has no fix until now, but has a workaround.

install XTU and change the performance core ratio.

whatever number you have in there, minus it by 1 for example if it is 57x. change it to 56x.

it will work

Don't you think that's a bit too much for game with 5years outdated graphics?

underclock your CPU, you can use Throttlestop.
Zecko Jul 3, 2024 @ 4:04pm
Build you're computer correctly.

13th gen and 14th gen intel has this issue sometimes with ue4/5 games.

use intel tuning utility and downclock your cpu.

get past shader compilation and then return clock.

Its dumb and sucks, but this works for me

Edit: looks like others said the same or something similar

the game has all the modern gaming gimmiks, what are you talking about?

The actual problem is that your CPU is drawing too much power. The i9 series does that, it'll happen in some other games as well.

This here will help you fix the issue.

Thermal throttling is the issue. Unless you have a 360mm AIO you need to set all cores to 57x to fix the issue in XTU. Know this with certainty.
