Reset account after spending 100,000 won and 3 hours wasted

I liked the Bunny so I paid cash for the Ultra Bunny and even used the premium. It was literally 3 hours of passionate play.
played until 5:30 am and then finished looking forward to the next day.
However, what was waiting for me was a tutorial video. After going through the tutorial again, the only thing that greeted me when I came to my senses was a level 1 account with everything gone and an achievement containing a 3-hour journey.

I don't think they will restore it.

Please let me know if you have a similar situation or thoughts on this.

PS - I did not press reset account. I found out today that my account had disappeared to see if there was such a function in the first place.

I contacted support and they asked me to provide them with the ID and #@@@@ of the missing account.

This is impossible.

The person who can open what is already gone is gaming company Nexon.
I am simply the person who submitted the receipt and purchase details.

That function will lock your account for 14 days, you can cancel that process. Only after those 14 the account will have a reset.

should be easy enough for them to find the account that is linked to the purchase you made
since you have transaction IDs
and they should know where the money went

alternatively

if you made a purchase linking to an account that does not exist - seems rather odd

if they cant tell you where the money went
and there is no record of your account
but you still have purchase receipts

tell them you will refund
talk to your bank and let them know you got scammed

Did you have a Nexon account linked to the game? Maybe the game forced you to have some sort of "guest account" and now you have a brand new blank Nexon account that is logged on in the game?

After inquiring with them twice, I found the answer.

The problem is the ‘Account Linking’ function.

If you are in a situation like mine,
If went missing without a temperate zone and became a lost child,
Please check if you have linked your account.

Immediately go back to your account, face your level 1 account, and then unlink your account.

After a while, the account you worked hard on will return.

This seems like Nexon's mistake.
I think the attempt to provide functionality or convenience ended up causing an error.

I'm still waiting for mine to come back. I've went through the tutorial on both the linked and non linked account with no current change. I did create a ticket so hopefully that gets answered.

i dont understand what you are saying.. do i unlink my account then just wait a while or what...

i have the same problem, 50 euros and valby on an other account (member code), but i cant get them back, weather i switch between linked or unlinked account

how i get it back?

here are the savegames, but i delete all other savegame, without the cashed savegame, but it dont read it, the game makes new files with the "new" both membercodes...(both level 1, linked and unlinked), but not the origin membercode/savegame read

anybody have some ideas?

I was able to fix mine, but it was a very weird situation.

Somehow and someway, my legacy nexon account linked to my steam account. My guess is due to Maplestory or Vindictus, it linked somehow without me noticing.

I was prompted for an entire account reset password and confirmation via an old email. Once I gained access, I relinked that legacy account and got all my items back.
