anyone was able to get this item from Shelter ? It says 20% drop chance but after 15 tries i am thinking it is bugged. Doing Shelter in group.

From vids I have seen there is supposed to be a 1 in 5 (20%) chances of drop. Trouble is that appears to be BS. I have done the Ruin Path 7 times and not got the drop.

Where can I go to make sure this is not a bug that the company needs to patch?

Got it first try. It's just RNG.
Spine was a grind for me tho, like 20+ tries.

Given Nexons history, the 20% is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anyways and actually it is much lower.

I think it's bugged you should have nearly 100%(98.85% exact) chance of a drop at 20 runs. There's definitely something wrong here because this is one of the most complained about items not dropping.

Yes got that one from my 4th shelter run. Basically run quest, clear->press F2 to view summary->no drop/restart.

yeah getting some 20% items seems to be a real pain. I played the missions over and over and over again with a friend. One item I got quickly, my friend took like 40 runs in a mission to get the item. We also did the shelter mission like 25 times and my friend has it now, I still don't have it.
But we got the 2% items now and then. Just not the 20% ones. So it definitely seems bugged and not a RNG problem.
Happens with all these character items. They seem extra hard to get.

if you've ever played a game with an rng system you should be able to remember being stuck on a specific item
