remove the red dot in Albion?

any way to get rid of the red dot that appears in the main city Albion? it goes away in any other map. I think its the grappling hook, but would be great if there's any way to remove it

I can't find the setting either. Guys, we're talking about the red dot that appears on the center of the screen when you're on Albion. It's not the grapple correction and the "dedicated city camera" only offsets the camera to center your character on the screen.

Seems to me that this is the dot some games use to avoid motion sickness, but there's no way to disable it without disabling the whole UI ("Hide combat UI setting)

That option hides the whole UI. We only need the red dot disabled.

No, it's not. The grapple reticle only appears on combat zones, not in Albion.

Solution: Options > Display > Crosshair display in Albion (toggle off)
It was bugging the heck out of me too. Glad it's gone now.
