How to Link Nexon Account with Steam Account?

I just drop some items on Twitch, I managed to link Twitch with Nexon, but I can't connect Nexon to Steam. It shows this:

Failed to link an account
An unexpected error occurred while linking the account.
Please try again.

What now?

Did you already start playing? If so, do NOT link. Myself and many others have lost all progress after linking. Only link if you haven't started playing yet. There has been no response or fix from Nexon for account linking issues yet.

I got the same problem here, and seem many people got the same problem too in the Discord.

maybe we have to wait for the dev to wakeup and fixed it , or you might try give the dude above a jester so he can help you

Yes, I already played for like 9 hours, good thing this bug is happening, and the items are saved in my Twitch account, so isn't like I'll lose them. I'll wait to see a bug fix with that. Thanks, dude.

Just got a solution not sure will it work with everyone . . . .

1. go to nexon.com
2. login to your account (right corner above)
3. go to Account Setting
4. go to Linked Account
5. press blue button LINK/DELINK Account (then there will be a new tab)
6. press LINK at the Steam

It work well for me , hope it work for you too

I did that, and now while in game, in option/account, when i try to link account it send me on an infinite loading browser page :/

To those who have lost everything, go to game Options>Account and unlink your Nexon account. This will put you back on the 'Guest' account and you will get all your progress
and purchases back.
