Linked all my platforms. Cross progression does not work

There is a definite problem. I linked my account and instead of getting cross progression, I had my progression deleted. Completely wiped my entire game and my purchases.

There are other posts of people having the same issue. It seems to be an ongoing issue. I contacted support hours ago but they haven't responded. It's Nexon, so maybe I'll hear back by next month.

I went into the game, unlinked my account and the progression returned. I then linked it INGAME to a new nexon account and it merged my steam progress to the nexon account, which I could then link my XBOX account to the new nexon account - shared progress now working

Unfortunately, unlinking again did not give me my progression back. Linked and unlinked, everything is gone. It seems you got lucky. I checked out the Discord and there are at least 10 or 15 other people with this same progression issue.

I had all progression returned after un-linking the linked nexon account to my steam/psn thank god.

Wait.....I have some caliber and beta rewards on my account that I didn't claim before linking my accounts. I want to know if I got this straight before I attempt this but.....

If I unlink my Nexon account, will I lose my progress and possibly get the items I lost when I did link my Nexon account without having to restart my game again?

You’ll regain, what you had prior to linking but if you link again it’s a seperate account entirely is what I’ve found; I stressed out for an entire few minutes till I unlinked everything giving me back my account - shame I wanted to play from my PlayStation whilst partner was using computer

Here’s to hope for a fix around that - to migrate existing progress to the nexon account otherwise I’ll stick to just what I’ve got now
