I don't even see power consumption like this when I'm literally running prime95.
Even if you download Epic Games Launcher,intall Unreal Engine 5,open the Engine, your Hardware exlodes while you look at a empty world.
This engine will use EVERYTHING your computer has to offer,even if it doesnt need to because the ENGINE is made that way . You have to code and manually set memory usage to a friendly way for your system,but nowadays noone will do so.
