how to infiltrate outposts

I'm at the Repository outpost in Sterile Land and it seems to just be randomly declaring I failed in the middle of combat. I havnt run out of lives, I havnt left the bounds, and I happend at different times weather the commander is there or not. Is it just bugged?

So this mission is actually really easy. What you have to do is get the nearby surveilence towers for extra time and the you step in and kill the enemies until they stop spawning. Dont destroy the reactors and when they stop spawning just interact with them.

i once managed to clear the outpost with 1 console remaining and got to undetected status. I then hacked a console. i still dont know how this mission works and haven't managed to kill all the enemies since then

happens, i needed 22 runs to get a 20% drop at the same time i got lucky on so many sub 5% drops. it's just rng. sure, the chance of having a streak like that is like 1% but that's still means a lot of people will see that happen with the population the game has.

You are all doing this wrong.

Step 1 - Get the towers
Step 2 - Use Sharen (She has an item called "active camo")
Step 3 - Execute the remote shutdowns while cloaked.

The infiltrate is specifically for her.

I actually did some trial and error for this:
- To infiltrate you have to destroy the towers without being discovered.
- To do so, use Sharen that has an active (W) that can make her invisible.
- You can use Modules to increase the duration, so you have enough time to go in, destroy a tower and go back to hide before the invisibility runs out.
- You will have a text on top saying you are infiltrating, if you are detected it will inform you that you were detected by an enemy, just go out until the timer runs out and try again.
- Once you destroyed all targets without being detected you successfully infiltrated, so you only have to kill the Commander that spawns, you can be detected now, doesn't matter, just kill it and you're done.

If you did it correctly, you'll have a chance for the additional rewards, mind you that is not 100% chance, but you'll get the rewards most of the time. You can even get 2 Amorphous Materials at once, low chance, but can happen.

So after clearing the towers and all the mobs, the last guy spawns. During his second phase when his shield orbs come out, I keep clearing all of them multiple times and he just does this indefinitely. Anyone else get this?

Doesn't work, infiltration works well and mobs stop spawning 30-40seconds before the end BUT the moment you hack the last tower a few small mobs spawn (no boss) and it says infiltration failed (even tho all 3 towers have 100%hp)...

Can say I think it's suppose to be possible by killing all the enemies (while not damaging the towers) until they stop spawning, then interacting with them but... Seems it's somewhat broken currently and likes to immediately fail and restart as the boss spawns.

I was able to get it to work once, the very first time I tried this method, but then afterwards it's just constantly failed each time during the boss spawning phase. Very annoying, especially since succeeding some of those gives a higher chance of dropping the pattern with Sharen... Essentially stating you need Sharen to have a higher chance at unlocking Sharen currently.

Get surveillance towers. Go kill all enemies. Hide in the wall near center. A countdown starts telling u they are looking for you like 15secs countdown i think. hiding gets you undetected then go activate 3 terminals. end.( Is this correct ?bugged? )

farm Sharen so u can go invisible makes it a breeze
