I dont get why his 4 is so gimped.

Every shot uses energy. And then on top of that it has no duration. Where if you get knocked down you're lucky to get 2 shots off.

Also having to roll to cancel the animation of the 4 feels pretty jank. I dont know if thats intended but it feels bad. Especially when it ticks away at the already low timer for the 4.
Either its a cooldown or shots use more energy or some ♥♥♥♥. Would make him feel much better
