I usually play with aiming and shooting with bumpers, not triggers, and there is no such support for remapping the “L1” as the modifier button to cast skills.

If I try using the DS4 Windows I can indeed switch the triggers for the bumpers, but the game superimposes the Dual Sense controller settings and some buttons straight up don’t work, is there a workaround that?

Game is actually unplayable now, this wasn't a problem at launch but now the game overrides my ds4 windows and I can only half use my controller, it changed my custom lighting to stock and I can't click x on anything. All I can do is run around. Idk who needs to fix what but this is ridiculous.

Wait a minute here....they game is unplayable because you want to use a controller that is unsupported by Windows with a 3rd party program? How on earth is that the games fault? Buy a supported controller and stop needing a 3rd party program to use it.

Use Steam Input to remap your buttons to the configuration you want. It won't display on screen in game, but you'll get used to it.
