Yep, doesn’t look normal to me, he’s on Low with DLSS FFS.
But a lot of people are coming into this very thread with much stronger PCs and talking about performance problems. Often times it really is a game problem.
And I think op CPU is fine. I have a ryzen 3200 G and I don't even cap out during extended play.
I can exemplify how it's a game problem, with personal experience, even. After this last patch, I was suddenly having crashes multiple times per hour. Really weird stuff. Been playing since launch and hadn't crashed once. I tried some things and had to delete my app data folder and that fixed it.
Never had to do that for another game to solve crashes. Not a single time in my life. They're not rolling their updates properly or something.
Easier fix , just multitab to windows and back to the game. fixes it right up.
For me the game runs absolutely flawless. 1440p , everything ultra, including ray tracing, framegen on, runs anywhere from 110 to 144 fps , no lower.
Ryzen 7 7700x , 32 gb ram, 4080 super
For some dumb reason, the 3060Ti isn't being told to engage when TFD starts up and it uses the CPU to process the graphics instead. The GPU is only running at 5% and the CPU at 90-100%, so it's likely some type of driver (yes I have the newest drivers) issue and how it communicates with TFD.
(I also love when someone asks for help and 14 other people immediately reply that they aren't having problems and post their setups. Helpful and informative)
The updates are junk. And i dont think the little girls at the marketing team can do anything to fix this ?!
This happens in most UE5 games, that came out running for the xbox, ps5 and PC.
I think the game will never be fixed, we might be able to play it 10 years from now, if its still available.
It's the CPU, it's giving that 3080 a bottleneck at 1080p and 1440p.
:o
its surpriese me alot.. about stable of it. and its use full power of computer :o
I know its not the devs fault, they ve decided to use UE5 and now its our fault.
A few years ago Unity was the worse engine in optimization, now its much better than UE5.
I can play ELDEN RING, without any problems and it has way better graphics than this...
I still dont understand what EU5 is doing with fidelity krap, DLSS / FSR. But its all deceitful s*it.
By lowring the resolution that low anyone would be able to play this on core2 duo, 550 ti.
