32gb 3600 ram, 10850k and a 4070. Shouldn't have any issues
**New Edit**
Restarted pc and it loaded fine
other methods, reinstalling driver video and game did not help
The rest of 1% do have other issues, mostly unstable manual OC, actual memory related issues, etc.

Yep! Limiting the frames to the lowest to compile (30fps) and then setting it back to what I need worked, have to do that each launch but just a slight incontinence until they optimize that part.
The same issue may occur on AMD CPU-based systems if they are manually overclocked/undervolted, your UEFI/BIOS is using or setting power/current settings/values that do not respect the recommended settings/values specified in the official specs datasheet of your AMD CPU SKU, or your system pagefile size is too short.

Jrm was right...in my case anyways. Although "The First Descendant" is giving the "Out of Video Memory" error. It very well may be the Intel microcode issue resulting in overvolting cpu and causing this error. I've tried clean installing GPU drivers, increasing virtual memory on all 3 SSD's, updating all drivers while monitoring all core temps with HWINFO 64 and ICUE. Running Cinebench i noticed spikes in voltages triggering Core Thermal Throttling. In BIOS i set PL!, PL2 and core voltage settings from auto to Intel recommended voltages. Solved my problem.
This could probably be solved with a BIOS update but i've tried to update to ASUS latest BIOS that addresses the Intel microcode issue but Corsair uses it's own proprietary BIOS that won't let you install from ASUSl. That's another long story that i'm also waiting on Corsair's poor technical support. So in the meantime....this is the fix that seems to be working great so far.
Hope this helps someone else with the same specs. Good luck!!
