Shop prices are disgusting

Game was ok until i say the damn shop prices 250 or 500 and a new frame costs 300 or 600 yes ♥♥♥♥ that you get a bad review for predatory practices.

I won't be spending any money that's for sure. I'm from the olden days when we paid for a game and it included everything. I miss those days.

Thats weird because I was just looking the Warshame store and they have frames from $49.99 for a single frame to $139.00 for 3 of the oldest. This is of course American dollars. And TFD will probably have a higher retention rate as the game is so much more new player friendly unlike Warshames.

Even when the price of that game was free, right? Buy it or don't. I understand the F2P model with a shop. If I can grind for 3 weeks for Joe Tootsie or pay $40 bucks him, which one would I rather do? Me personally, I'm grinding probably. It may be different for the next guy who wants to use him today.

Crazy that a game with 11+ additional years of development is in a more defined, state with other options....

but then again the ultimate skins can be farmed same goes for the descendants and weapons. And you dont have to buy anything thats the best part. Its PvE not PvP so there is no urge to rush stuff. I play Poe and back then Warframe whats a little bit of grind. If you hate grinding its not a game for you.

This is why the current F2P Model sucks.
The moment you see a game is free to play, dont invest yourself to much into it.
The likely hood it will have a positive market to player conversion like POE or Warframe is HIGHLY unlikely.
Also you all should start to get into the habit of taking the names of the people behind these marketing choices and what kind of history they have when it comes to being impactful negatively in the games market.
You can possibly save yourself a bad choice or two while making a collection of industry predators to blacklist. (Maybe i will make a website)
Gamers have already worked out how GREAT F2P models can be applied WHILE EARNING BAD ASS COSMETICS, but talking suits don't care. They actually hate most gamers and want your experience to be as shi*ty as possible. BECAUSE they are predators.

You can enjoy and reasonably obtain over 90% of the game without spending any money, and cosmetic things being the main things unobtainable without spending. The investors who make it possible to pay the devs to make the game, since they are paid their contracted salary before you can even play the games unless something isn't going right, will no longer invest in video game development if they can't expect a reasonable slow drip into their pockets over time until these games die eventually. You gotta be rational about it, they aren't gambling or giving out charity since there's much better ways to do that than to invest in video game companies.

So am I and for paid games I agree.......but In this case we didn't buy anything...the game itself is free. If you want to rebel at something then rebel at the publishers that ask a 80 dollar purchase, then a battlepass...then microtransactions.... They are the ones who need drowning.
