doesn't detect right trigger.
the game doesn't detect my right trigger when using a ps4 controller. doesn't matter what's bound to it, the right trigger is a dead button- but ONLY in this game.

Same on my Ally. Going to try a PS5 controller later but hopefully they fix this.

My PC controller has the same issue. I had to remap the scan from the R3 to the Fire control.

its not the controller. that would make sense if it was happening in other games too.

Idk why, but the ally it tries to make you use the touch screen for firing and you alos have to aim on the touch screen while doing so. I tried going into the settings and using the steam option for the controller which does recognize the trigger, but also the mapping is way off and rt is now aim down sights and rb is fire and your can't move at all. So they need to go through and figure out the mapping for everything. I don't think they where expecting us to play on the ally or steam decks because it says they aren't supported technically.

I understand that it's a game issue and not a physical issue. I was attempting to be clear that I was using it on a PC.

Nope. I haven't tried another controller because I don't have one and I'm not gonna buy one for a game that can't even get this right. If I find one I'll post it here, but I'll be honest I'm not holding my breath.

Okay, so I was able to fix the issue. It was an issue of my triggers not reaching full input. Adjusting the input percentages didn’t work in Armory Crate. I tried recalibrating the triggers, but they would not calibrate. If this sounds like you, here’s the solution that worked for me:

In gamepad mode configuration, adjust left and right stick dead zone all the way up to 50%.

Restart Ally.

Now go to Calibration and you should be able to complete the trigger calibration for both left and right triggers.

Restart Ally.

Go back and remove/reset the dead zones in configuration.

Recalibrate the triggers one more time.

You should have full input and be able to fire your gun.

Any fixes for this?

I'm playing on PC with a Xbox Controller and only on this game does my right-trigger not work.
