I had the same error. I just restarted and it fixed it for me.

If you don't have an account it logs you in as a guest and probably has issues connecting your steam account.

Same error message here. So I used a vpn and it worked. But I don't want to use a vpn because it lags my game. Anyone got a fix?

Yep same here. No fix. No notice from Devs. Just can’t login on steam or PS.
