So i had an issue with Abnormal start up popping up and been trying fixes that been posted for hours. FINALLY I was messing around and the fix i came to is MOVING THE GAME FOLDER. I have multiple hard drives and one separate for my games. SO what i did was move it to my main hard drive where my OS is or whatever one popped up on top when you choose install location. I did receive both Error code e3 whatever and then the NGS e5000109 constantly. HOPE THIS HELPS

Did you fix it by doing these? I have done all of them apart from reinstalling. I don't see how that is going to help when I have verified integrity.

in my case, it was due to my antivirus deleting a blackcipher file during installation. Add the file and the game to the antivirus exclusion list then re-validate the game fixed my issue

I tried to verify again. Turned my firewall off before i did and launched the game after. Still getting this right after the logo. Also, when i try to launch as admin, i just CTD before the logo even appears. No error.
