Beta Rewards missing?

played in the crossplay beta and the final one they did but don't see anything in my mailbox i only have 1 account so i don't think there's any reason i shouldn't have gotten them anyone else having issues with this?

Yeh mine shows as linked too and I don't want to mess with it.. like unlinking and relinking.. who knows what that might cause.

Ok, i tried logging in to my Nexon account on the Nexon website.. it said my account has been deactivated, needed to verify via email and all that stuff.

Now I can see that the #1234 after my username is different ingame to the one on my Nexon account....

Maybe this is what is causing the problem, maybe not. I've tried unlinking and relinking but it didn't change anything.

my game shows linked, I only recieved rewards from first beta and I participated in all 3 and metr all the reqs. Awaiting feedback on a support ticket.

Haven't received mine either, even unlinked and relinked, I've seen others with theirs though

Same problems, I completed the crossplay beta, but, no rewards. And I haven't seen my Twitch drops at all.

Probably the same problem here then, but I have not used/done anything to do with nexon since last beta, also using the very same steam account. And both were already linked from start.

Kind of makes no sense, since it seem to be a problem out of your own control.

I got the Steam Beta Test (Oct 2022) rewards, but not the Crossplay Open Beta Test (Sep 2023) rewards.
