theres 170000+ players just on steam, its literally taking time. I got mine after an hour. They are dealing with hundreds of thousands if not a million transactions right now. Most triple A games cant even have the number of players without crashing the entire game.

That's zero excuse, I've never head of a games cash shop being broken, in all honesty, that's the last thing that works.
