DX12 and amd R9 series issues

has anybody else encountered the "system does not support Direct x 12, try running without -dx12 and d3d12" i've tried following some guides and even reinstalled drivers but nothing has worked yet, some threads i've seen have pointed out that the R9390 amd has some issues with D12.

anybody have a solution?

You cannot play the game. R300 series is not supported with UE5. R500 series and later is supported.

if you are comfortable with modded drivers try amernimezone it worked for me and make sure every thing is up to date

easy fix
Type in exploit protection in windows search bar.
then click program settings
then click add program to customization
choose exact file path
your pc/ c driver/ program files X86/ steam/ steamapps/common/ TheFirstDescendant(folder)/The First Descendant(luncher)
scroll down until you see control flow guard
check override system settings
turn OFF
apply
