I'm from central europe, and we usually think that bedroom preference and sexual fetishes are private things. You only share it with family, loved ones or close friends.

The world was better 20 or so years ago.
Even schools actually taught normal things like math and science.
People were also more easily befriended and respect towards one another was common.

Seeing the replies to this rainbow stuff and the rejection of it when put in shows, movies and games, gives me the impression that people share this opinion.
