While its nice console peps get them, Hopefully they are Steam achievements rather than in-game achievement only

for real just go look at the page you get after getting it pre loaded. You can find what you are looking for yourself. People use your eyes.

Once the game releases, the final files will become available to download to unlock the game. That will include Steam achievements becoming available for everyone to see. This happens a lot with some preloads. Where the achievements can't be viewed until actual launch day.

Achievements kill games! People stopped enjoying the gameplay. Everyone is only engaged in obtaining achievements, and demonstrating their achievements in front of everyone.
