Is the TFD-Battle Pass a scam?

So apparently the cash shop has been leaked:

... and there´s a lot to process, but the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing i´ve seen is the problem that finishing the battle pass will (in its current state) NOT provide you with enough caliber to let you buy the next one.

This way we will ALWAYS have to pay to get the new battle pass, even IF we grinded the battle pass to completion.
This on its own could actually make or break this games future playerbase.

It´s a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ design. It´s scummy and quite frankly imho nothing else but a scam.

It is. The reduced prices were because people already had stuff from the bundle during the beta.

Ah yes, It is $100 then, which is same price as Warframe Prime skin pack..

No biggie grind base Descendants and then grind Ults.

Yes, you can farm ult materials to craft them. Of course the drop rate is low

The maid, school girl outfits etc are exclusive to the shop
