Sure there are people having tech problems but it's normal. Considering another game, Remnant II, using UE 5, have the same exact tech issues for a certain small set of PC gamers (PC configs and builds is a real mess after all). Console gamers, game works really well. For me? Game also works well.

Oh, okay. My mistake then. Has there been any recent rumors in the official forums that what the developer intention of the release date is going to be? Or is it still TBA?

Next year, probably february.

Nothing official. Mostly sites speculating a Feb release date.

So, I had a blast playing the beta. But when it comes to this whole "free-to-play" discussion, I'm scratching my head a bit. I mean, come on, how do we expect game developers to pay the bills if everything's free?

I was watching a review from this Warframe content creator who was going off about pay-to-win in this game when Warframe is all pay to win, so I nearly fell out of my chair laughing. Love 'em or hate 'em, it feels like most games these days have some pay-to-win thing going on.

Yeah, freaking delusional people nowadays. They have to invent new terms like convenience , quality of life, etc as a cope for any pay to win/cheats without ever wondering why the game makes it so inconvenient, bad quality of life, needing to skip, etc.

Create the problem and sell you the solution. lol.

Anyway content creator makes money via clicks, views or sponsorship/access, so snake oil it is. Having a bridge to sell is nice...

Well, Nexon did have a good game come out recently, Dave the Diver which is sitting at 97% positive with 53,000 reviews. However, it is a single-player game, so I guess it's an exception. I hope this game is an exception too and they don't go crazy with MTX... probably copium.

So yeah, not every Nexon product has negative reviews. Just like everything except one. lol

I want to say some companies adopted the micro transactions actions faster than others. If you do the math is sadly its a great way to exceed normal revenue. Games like League and others are clearly raking in the money.

From my point of view its a fine line between making money and shoving it down your throat. The problem is some of these companies failed to see that when players dig into a game that style of business can become griefing very quickly not to mention costly.

Do I think micro transactions have a place. I do. Has anyone found a decent balance at it yet. From my point of view no but I tend to shy away from such titles. I paid 300 bucks for L.O.L. and one day I did the quick math and realize that was the most expensive games I've ever not purchased. That's when I realized for me anyways, that business model can sneak up on you and companies like EA realized it.

I can agree with this. I jumped into Synced didn't even make it 24 hours before being greeted with season pass. Sigh

Synced as a game is fun tho.... till you get to the stupid as ♥♥♥♥ end where you gotta run those gay ass elite missions just to get token to play the higher level levels. Plus the progressive degrade of gun to eventually waterguns as time in a round goes by... Its for that exact reason Id be done with the game if I wasnt the LuL *shakes head* only dude to buy or to buy AND review the only add on they have for sale

The thing with MICROtransactions is they only work positively if they are micro and the money ACTUALLY goes to the team behind the work AND goes into improving and keeping the work going. Also that last statement is the exact explicit reason mtx was made for

I am personally just still on my 'Waiting to see' island. If it turns out to be bad, I just forget about this game. If it turns out to be average or good. I definitely will keep giving this game my time. For now, though, I think the whole negative or positive perspective sharing in here in Steam forums of this game, is just waste of time.

I will definitely give the game a go when it launches, unlikely I will put money into the game before I see how bad or good things are. By the wait and see, I meant the reviews and checking people's thoughts.
