Problem storing items in the storage box

I'd like to know if you too have had a problem with the storage box. Everything I put in it just disappeared. I saw a lot of players stopping there to store their stuff.

did you switch the storage inventory and not your character inventory afterward ? and check you don't have any filter for quality/weapon type ?

There's two tabs, inventory and storage, must sure you are looking at the correct one. Click item in inventory, that item "disappear" into the storage tab and vice versa...

I had issues with the storage box, where I would max it out and then remove items from it and it would say that it was still full when I tried to put something into the storage box. It went away whenever I increased my master rank.

" Yes I'm sure I explored both tabs, there was nothing very complicated, I just had to identify the two tabs but nothing I could do, everything disappeared and the box storage always indicated zero. I'd also checked that the filters weren't activated, but the thing is, after checking, the items in question were no longer in my character inventory. That's why I was curious to know if anyone else had encountered this problem.
