Seems like the person who made the video has the Radeon RX 570 while myself and anotherperson who commented on the video have the Radeon RX 580.

I too have a 580... seems like this game doesn't like older cards like ours...

RX580 user here. (but this issue likely affects all 500 series cards)
The issue appears to be AMD driver related, like usual.

Update your driver to the optional driver 22.10.2 (most recent) and the problem should be fixed (be sure to restart pc). However with any experimental driver set it may cause other game/system issues.

The FPS will still struggle in certain areas even at very low / 720p, but at least the textures are not borked. The game is BETA and in need of much more optimization, but there is only so much that can be done to help those of us with older cards trying to run DX12 games.
