Theres actually more of a benefit to waiting to buy it. get it to level 20 or something and then buy the battle pass. Not only will you be unlocking everything below your current level but it will boost you another 20 levels once you buy it.
Buying the battlepass premium version gives you +20 levels so its best to wait as long as you feel you should. Buying it at level 1 removes any benefit, I don't think you get xp faster.

I don't play ranked yet because im not solo queuing ranked and I only have 1 friend playing right now who is good enough to consider playing ranked with and I run into at least 1 cheater a day just in quick play (on NA servers where cheaters are less frequent)

you can spend $10 and buy the "season 1 starter pack" which gives you some cool skins and then gives you your $10 worth of coins back so you can then buy the battle pass. but no there are no xp boosts or anything of the sort. buy the battlepass if you enjoy the game, want to support the devs or want the cosmetics from it. Battlepass progress is pretty slow. I have like 60 hours in the game since release (bought the battlepass on day 2) and im only like half way through it. Seasons last 80 days though, so plenty of time to complete it.

no you have to grind through the battlepass levels like literally any other game that has battle passes, unless you pay for skipping levels.

Yeah get starter pack. Gives you some nice skins and enough cash to buy the battle pass. If you wanna start building some nice non tracksuit characters it will give you more options for originality. But progress is slow.

No benefit. Everyone has the same weeklies and dailies, regardless of if they own the pass or not. There are no XP bonuses either. You get everything unlocked based on your current battle pass level right when you buy it.
