Arena Breakout: Infinite

Can you "queue" a key by watching?
Not really sure how to explain what I mean, but my understanding is if you watch Arena Breakout streamers for 1 hour, you get a key you can redeem on their website to download the game (linked to your Level Infinite account) So my question is: There are apparently no drops left, even with the 3rd run that just happened. Can you just watch an hour now, and claim your key when they are available again? (if they're available again)

Nope. You need to watch an hour only after the drop event begins. And they are different events so your progress doesn't carry over. I was watching a stream for a few(not trying to get a drop because I got access from the sign up on their site) and got 6% toward the drop. When my brother didn't get access I let him use my Twitch thinking that 6% would give him a head start on the next drop. It didn't. It started a separate progress counter.

I heard there was supposed to be another round of Twitch drops on Friday but I think they're having issues so I'm not sure if that's still happening. Though on their Discord they said they're allowing more access and extending the beta because of 1,000,000 wishlists or something. No numbers on the new end date or how many more people will be able to get access to the beta. I think it was originally supposed to end on the 22nd. It would be cool of they just opened up the beta instead of doing more awful Twitch drops. That garbage system has been a nightmare.

Thank you for the detailed answer, I appreciate it. Where is this progress indicator, is it on twitch on the drops page or something? I looked everywhere for it, and couldn't find it.

It would be in the drops tab. Since there isn't one running currently nothing will show up. Any of your progress from a previous drop would be in the "in progress" section but if you haven't participated in any, you won't have anything indicating there was a drop for this game.

How do you actually "start" participating in a drop once it's available? Is it an opt in process where you need to for example click something? Or does it start automatically if you watch a participating stream of ABI? And lastly how do you know which streams will give you progress? Some have it in the title, but I am wary of that possibly being viewbait. Thanks very much for all your answers. Twitch does not do a good job explaining how this works.

No extra steps to participate. Just watch a stream with drops enabled. There may be a tag for enabled drops on a stream to signify the availability but I'm not sure if it's any stream playing ABI or if the streamer themselves has to opt into it. Best bet is to find a bigger streamer(more than 100-200 viewers). Possibly with it in their title.

Also an amendment to my previous statements about "queuing" a key. It may not be helpful now because I'm not sure if there will be multiple drops since the beta is ending soon. The system is garbage and not only do you need to claim your drop on Twitch, you need to claim a key on their site immediately afterwards. If you just claim on Twitch you won't get access. However if you claimed it on Twitch but didn't get the key from their site quick enough, you can actually go straight to their site and claim a key from next drop without watching another 60 minutes of a stream. But ONLY if you've watched the full 60 minutes and pressed the "claim" button on Twitch the last drop.

ON TOP OF THAT if you've completed the 60 minutes and claim on Twitch, there is nothing directing you to the page on their site where you claim a key. It's the page you linked you ABI and Twitch accounts.

I'm so sorry if this is way too much information but they made this system so stupid. I only learned all of this by watching CDNThe3rd. He very helpfully had a pinned comment with the link to the page where you actually claim the key on the ABI site because many people were confused. So after people claimed on Twitch they could quickly click that link to get their key.

All the information is perfectly fine, I prefer more detail than not. Thank you very much, yeah the system does suck but it's working for the game's engagement, and for twitch streamers to farm views. You've been very polite in your responses which is atypical for the community of a game like this. Appreciate it.

probably not, but the information is good to know for future drops on other games. There will probably be more drop campaigns anyway, they are going to keep the momentum going until public launch if they want the hype to maintain
