Arena Breakout ban from using a VPN?

I was playing on my pc totally fine and got to about level 28, had almost 2 million and was winning most of my games.

I accepted to help my rich friend to take care of his cats whilst he went on a road trip for a week and so I downloaded the game on his pc so I wouldn’t miss the whole closed beta. The game instantly banned me for 10 years as soon as I opened it and I’m so confused on why.

He has nothing downloaded on this pc except like 5 games and basic software but the only thing is he had MULLVAD VPN always on so I was thinking the game might have banned me for that?

I was curious if this happened with anyone using a vpn or maybe this specific one.
