need help understanding bullets dmg

how does my lvl 3 9x19 bullet not 1 shot to the head? 2 shots to the fact didnt kill a guy who ran no helmet, left him at 2/44 health but didnt down him, but his lvl 2 bullet from his ak74n killed me with 3 impacts the chest and one to my face, while im running lvl 4 helmet and lvl3 mask, with lvl 3 armor.

Even though its dumb. They have body damage. your 9x19 doesnt do enough to 1 shot their head body part

yeah looked at the overall dmg after i made this. the bullet literally does 2 less dmg then necessary to 1 shot. i come from games like Hunt where a headshot is a guaranteed kill. gonna take a little getting used to
