Why do level 30 ranked players play like level 3 ?

in my opinion to answer your question "basic kits"

those that have mics and those that dont, behave the same,

map markers to Places of Interest or pvp ( ie someones shooting me here where he is shoot back/rush him please )

i think im at 100 hours now roughly 300+ raids half those are covt ops. about 33% those with mic speak "chinese" / 33 % Rus rest are eu/usa

ive been playing since nov 20th, and got 7 reds 4 of which are in last 2 weeks. thats how little of played/compared to others.

ive noticed the basic kit makes players dumb/reckless alot more. ( me inc ), ive been on teams that ran from the start to a poi to other teams slow of the start and got spawn rushed.

ive been with teams that creeped to poi around poi and never fired a shot at players profiting from pve.

pvp = higher profit from players gear than from looted pve items.
