Secure Ops - PvE or PvP?

Title. Just confused as to what it is aside from not losing gear

Both. You basicly spawn as an undercover *scav* with given gear, other scavs won t shoot you unless you shoot them, take note, other player scavs can shoot you so keep an eye on their movements to figure if they are real. Otherwise shoot pmcs on site for loot, whatever you exctract with, you can move to stash and use on your main, or sell via the button on the last page after extraction, i recommend moving the better items to stash and manually selling to market

Secure ops has been announced on 2025 roadmap and i dont understand it either :p .
