glow from painkillers

when I use painkillers everything around me starts to glow, everything is too bright and it becomes unrealistic to see anyone among the trees or grass. I tried different settings but couldn't get rid of this effect. can anyone share?

когда я использую болеутоляющие все вокруг начинает светиться, все слишком яркое и увидеть кого либо среди деревьев или травы становится нереально. я пробовал разные настройки но не смог избавиться от этого эффекта. кто нибудь может поделиться?

ye, i mean i see on streams and videos ppl use painkillers and the picture remains clear and it’s easy to spot the enemy. My screen become like 100500 brightness. And i cant see anything) I've tried different settings and can't find normal proportions. So ask ppl to share it
