Stealth Kills with Knife?

There is no stealth kill mechanic. I find enemy player looting corpse and when I approach from behind I can not stealth take down, it requires 4-5 hits with knife, therefore Knife is uselles and this is kind of unrealistic.

Without a helmet, its a one tap to the head. But besides scavs you cant really pull it off

Yes I know that, but if you mange to approach a guy from behind, realisticly another solider can stick a knife in between, a takedown with a knife. To catch a guy in that position happens very very rarely, but it should be good.

I would love some MGS, Tom Clancy type knife take downs...as long as it does not turn into a Darksouls 1 Backstab fishing game. No fun when a zicksack, Drugged maniac runs around you in circles knifing you until he gets lucky
