Too few missions?

I am level 29, and I only completed like 18 missions and no contact is giving me new missions now, is that all?

So the missions from the first contact refreshes every week and that is it so far. Rest is 18 missions from other contacts and 1 contact yet to be unlocked, I am level 30, so we will see.
