How is that possible that Arena Breakout Infinite runs smoothly on my 4 year old iPhone 11 but on PC it requires an RTX 2060 as minimum?

I am shocked.
I saw an ad on YT for a F2P Extraction shooter, available both on mobile and PC.
I downloaded it on my iPhone in hopes it would support controller, but it didnt.
But it looks very good and runs smoothly, so I thought, maybe PC supports controller? I google and no, it doesnt (natively), but I can customize it through Steam Input in Big Picture.
But then I google Sys Reqs and its fdckng RTX 2060?? My only PC is a laptop that can barely handle TF2 on minimal/1080/60 with tweaks.
So I am kinda bummed.
Was really hoping for controller support and then my PC will not even launch Arena.

I hope it soon will come to consoles, I have a PS5 and I believe there was a post from devs, asking if they want cross progress between PC and consoles.
