Why do you limit people on what hardware they have?
Do you really think it's not playable for people who have 1080's 1660ti's ect...

LOL. This launch is off to a great start. They really should not have called out Tarkov without actually having a full game to present. It's going to bite them in the ass.
working fine for people with better than entry level pcs

Windows search bar - search "registry editor"

Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

Then to folder called 0000/0001 or whichever it is for you

Search for your graphics card name, once found click on "Driver Desc" next to the card name and change the name of your card to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080
(no, it wont mess up with your system or anything, all it does is just changing the name, you can change it back any time)

Once done restart your PC and open the game

Im currently playing it on an old laptop with GTX 1660 TI and im getting around 60-80 fps
This works on ur laptop? Been trying on mine with rtx 3050 ti laptop and it just reverts to the actual gpu name whenever I restart. Any work around for this?

Well i also tried this method with change's cpu for 3700X (i got 1650super+1600af) and didint work. Just wait for another solutions or look for it. I saw some program for that from russia but i dont trust them. Tarkov are working +60fps in everymap (not on streets, only 16gb ram :( )

This is intentional. I have no clue why they did do this for so many people because tarkov runs worse than this game and I can run tarkov just fine on medium settings on a 1660ti xdd
Only thing that would make any sense at least to me is they are not Domestic CCCP GPU/chips thus Tencent cant use your GPU's backdoor to do whatever it is they might be up to or can use to exploit, Long shot but if the game releases and those GPU are still blacklisted Id be comfortable settling on the Backdoor conspiracy

Yeah it's dumb. From watching streamers play it, it seems more CPU intense and I have a 5800X3D with a 1660 Super and I'm doing lovely in other UE Games lol.

"Additional Notes: This only represents the requirements for the closed test in May. We will continue to optimize for more devices, please stay tuned"

Aka they only wanted mid/high end GPU's to test out the beta.

Honestly shutup u sound like an entitled lil kid who’s never bought anything in his life what makes u think a 3050 is even close to out of date it’s actually the most popular card used on steam so make that make sense..

I'm upgrading from my 3060 soon. I would upgrade if I was you.
Vororo May 11, 2024 @ 10:17am
RTX 3060 Ti with an AMD Ryzan 5 3600x. I know the CPU is just below the requirements but i dont see how these shouldn't get a more than playable framerate. Gonna try the bypass method but I find the hardware lock to be a little silly too.

https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/geforce-rtx-3050-8-gb.c3858 if you look into it tencent is right to not allow the 3050 to play the game in the current state it has low shader cores low pixel rate low texture rate low clock speeds and as for why its the most used its because its budget like how free games are the most played on steam because people dont all have massive amounts to spend on games and equipment so maybe think about what you are defending and actually read into the statistics properly before trying to think you understand them especially when you cant read then it says 3060 is the most used not 3050
