Meanwhile less than 1/5 (18.07% as of 2023) of the global population speaks English. With only 26% of them speaking it as their first-language. The world doesn't end in Europe, my friend, and the Anglosphere isn't the only existing thing on the Earth.

The answer is quite simple. It's easier to control a population if you only provide to them a limited language, and gatekeep them from learning anything else. It's why most countries don't speak English; doing so would provide too much freedom, and allow a person to freely express and convey complex ideas and emotions. It's easier to control the mind if you limit the ways in which people can both mentally and verbally express ideas.

You need money to fund English classes. I don't think they have that.

Many other nations could say the same so translate to them all and do not demand that russia is way more important! What a rude nation. Take all the heavy metals from other countries. Get out of countries u are not welcome in. Do that first instead of demanding translation for russia only.

However you didn't answer my question at all. Why English. Why do native English speakers who are less than 5% of the global population try so hard to make the rest of the world speak their language? And why do they disrespect other languages so much?
English knowledge as a unit of measure for education and IQ? Wow. In my school we had to choose either English or French as a second language, in a neighboring school it was German and Spanish. But I guess learning languages other than English makes you uneducated monkey with low IQ nowadays, at least according to you, hmm
