I'm a long-time tarkov player, and many other FPS's. Tarkov is "painful" but you got used to the pain. It was almost part of the experience. Now, after playing arena breakout infinite, I realize the pain in tarkov is because the developers were lazy. Simple features like auto-build, sorting, link search. Things that barely work in tarkov are brilliant in this game.

The maps are a bit smaller but hope that will change in the future. The PvP gunplay is fun. A little less immersive then tarkov, perhaps I need to get used to the color pallet.

Overall, this is a very strong tarkov competitor. I'd say tarkov will still be there for people that want the ultra-brutal (aka user unfriendly) experience. For those that want a great extraction shooter, with fun gunplay elements, this is your game.

I just hope their anti-cheat works and they stop the $millions of skill-less losers from trying to ruin this game.

You forgot the main part about this game that makes it 1000000x better than Tarkov.

30second match times AT MOST, not no freaking 5min+ to get into a match.

But agree overall on the points above.

You forgot also performance so much better than tarkov. But there are things which they indented to get money from. Like market limit its already easy to see they will selll extra limit. Loot quality is very bad with intentionallly. Its imposibble to make and keep money if you are casual player. So they will sell game money with real money. These are acceptabllle things unless they offer p2w stuiffs. They will loose the items when they die even they paid with real money so these ones are acceptable. But I hope they do not bring something stupid to make it p2w or p2 be a jerk.

We should also remember the better aspects of Tarkov. The hideout feature in Tarkov fits really well with the game, and there's nothing like it here. Tarkov's maps, story, and content are much better.

meanwhile tarkov on year 8-10???? ABI is still in semi open beta? with Tenscent behind it, they can make whatever they want to have in the game.

i remember how tarkov was 5-6 years ago, havent even opened tarkov since ABI came out... got to lvl 35 this wipe before i got borred. Even now there is stuff that should have been fixed years ago which havent, ABI so far for me is overall much better, and when they start to roll out the content - BSG have shown them what not to do....

its literally just a glorified mobile games feature. hideouts are stupid.
