I can't play with a gtx 1070 graphics card

Is this a restriction for beta test only?
I am sure that my graphics card is capable of handling this game.

Hello KLW, yes they restricted some Graphic Cards in the Current State of this Closed Beta! But you can try it with this short tutorial by Kittens hope it works for you ;)

Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

Then to folder called 0000/0001 or whichever it is for you

Search for your graphics card name, once found click on "Driver Desc" next to the card name and change the name of your card to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080
(no, it wont mess up with your system or anything, all it does is just changing the name, you can change it back any time)

Once done restart your PC and open the game

Im currently playing it on an old laptop with GTX 1660 TI and im getting around 60-80 fps

Thx, but I am interested in whether such a restriction will be outside the beta test.

I have 1070Ti and I used this workaround and it works just fine. They will remove it when the game comes out
