How can i use an controller in this game?

It's not supported, but it does work quite well on controller. I use ReWASD to play the game and it works really well. Obviously a native option would be better.

I hate that not having controller support is a standard in the PC milsim/tactical shooter space. Please add controller support.

Controllers never was a standard for PC just a option.

That's understandable, and imo controller is just worse in the long run for games like these, but I have friends who are disabled and can't play these type of games as a result of the lack of controller support. Not easy to play MnK with only one hand.

How did you get it to work? It doesnr work using steam big picture mode.

Yes of course.

Left trigger for ADS
Right Trigger for firing.
B for crouch and hold B for prone
Y for interact
X for reload and hold X to check mags
A is for jump/mount
RB is for grenades/grenades menu
Back button Map
Start is backpack
LB is hold breath when ADS and hold LB for sneak.
Click left stick in to run

D-pad:

Up is fire select
Left is Weapon slot 1
Right is Weapon slot 2
Down is for meds and hold it down brings up the med wheel.

In inventory I use the right stick as the mouse and press right trigger to click to search. Then you just hit Y to move it into your chest rig, backpack etc...

I may be missing one or two, but this is off the top of my head. In the keybinds in the game I had to change some of the settings, like check mag from LALT+T to just 0 (Zero).

Here is the link to my config for your friend, he just needs to download it and load it up in the application.

Hey, I have the link here to my Google Drive. It has the config file that you can import directly into REWASD. I also have the leaning features when aiming on there too which now works.

I have a video on YouTube showing me in the shooting range explaining as best I can with the buttons and show my sensitivity settings and keybinds at the end. I'm no YouTuber, so the video is probably crap. :-D

none of these options actually make sense or im retarded no one is laying out what they did to get the infinite launcher to actually respond to steam input OR big picture mode ive used it for tarkov too but its like arena breakout completely blocks controller comunication

I use an app called ReWASD, which maps keyboard and mouse to a controller.
