ACE anticheat doesn't work for me

Sometime it's right after I launch the game, sometime it's after a minute or such, however i'm getting this (it last longer if I reboot.. but no matter what, first or late it shows up):

Assuming that it doesn't like a software I've installed (I do have CISCO VPN, VM VMWARE .. although they are NOT running while I play), is there a log that would tell me what's is supposed to "uninstall" to not have the anti-cheat to complain? It can literally be anything and I couldn't uninstall "everything" (clean windows) to play a game :O Suggestion?

close all background apps from task manager and check your anti virus maybe it's blocking it.

delete the anti-cheat. Start the game. The game will install the anti-cheat again and you can play

Mine does the same and I tried everything and it does not fix it
