Oceanic servers
Any word if this game will have oceanic servers?

Buddy, even in central Europe we all have ping around 150ms now (but fortunately no packet losses) and you're already asking for Oceanic servers... I really don't think you'll be lucky with that demand any time soon.

I got into a game and had around 43ms, im from oceania, did spike up to 70ms (playing from VIC)

You can get assie servers, just check low latency box, but you might waith for a couple of minutes
