After redeeming the code and downloading the game you have to wait around 24 hours for your account activation, then you can play

I have the same issue
I've seen people say I had to check for the code on their site after claiming it via twitch drops and then validating it on the site and after via steam.I remember doing it during the first hour of the drops and there was no code there for me and it said that account wasn't eligible.
I am still not sure if got anything or not.

this is incorrect information some people have STILL been waiting for theyre keys to work before the twitch drops were even dropped. the devs just did the Drops as a stunt to get people interested. ask yourself why they would say they had 40K keys to giveaway if they actually had the spots to let that many people into the game? watch some big streamers hear them whine about losing all theyre money and then draw your own conclusion as to why 40K keys were given out but not 1 person can get into the game for 24 hours xD come on yall cant be that gullible can you? lol who opens drops for less then 5 hours and gives away 40K keys but yet people have to wait 24 hours hahahaha we all just got duped 100% . if we do get access then hey I will eat my words but still seems kinda sus to me.

Got my Key May 23nd in the evening around 6pm. Its now May 25th and I still have no email even though on their website it says it will take 24 hours, its been over 50....sooo theyre ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lying.

Regarding twitch there was a more to just get it in your twitch inventory, you had to go to the twitch drops page on the website and redeem threw downloading the launcher, waited 12 hours i was in that was the 23rd drops. Your key was threw twitch drops right?

Correct, so I watched at 5pm for about an hour on twitch, got the drop and connected Arena to my twitch like it shows you on the website. After refreshing like 10 times, I finally got the "Get your unique pass key" Orange button then it told me to download the game and that my account would be activated within 24 hours and I would receive an email, "No Further Action Is Needed". Its been over 3 days and I havent gotten an email. Not in my spam folder or inbox or anything. They lied...blatantly

It's a valid question considering if you link your PC and Mobile accounts together, you don't get the rewards if your PC account isn't brand new. They only give the link skins to those who make accounts after the event started. Greedy and stingy Chinese devs as always
