rtx 580 8 gb ryzeb 2600 16 ram and crash and say is to low requirements

try turning off overlays. msi afterburner overlay crashed mine the whole time

same, 13900k, 4090, the second i click past the original brightness selection the game freezes, fps and ping froze but audio is still playing. Process is "Not Responding" , tried everything cant get this game to load.
