Report a translation problem
I remember in one of the earlier Saint's Row games there was this "insurance scam" minigames where you could deliberately get hit by cars to try and score that sweet, sweet insurance money. (It wasn't a well thought out mini-game.)
It is almost to that extent in this one. You have to make a pretty strong effort for a car to actually hit you.
Unlike those damn boats when you're grabbing trash out of the ocean that seem to go out of their way to try and kill people.
