Servers down again or Lobby bugged?

Getting stuck in lobby was supposedly patched 2 days ago, but it's happening again.
Me and a buddy can't start multiplayer. After clicking "ready" and "start", we're stuck in the lobby and nothing happens. Restarting the game doesn't help. Tried several times. Single player works without issue, though.
Are the servers currently down?

Playing without VPN helped in my case, so I guess it's not a server issue after all.

Was having the same trouble (with a VPN), my solution was to enable split tunneling for Ravenswatch and that cleared it right up

Okay, so vpn was the problem for me. But split tunneling didn't help, neither did disabling the connection. To solve the problem I had to completely turn off the vpn program itself.
