Acheivements not unlocking

I was just playing a run with my friend and didn't unlock any of the same achievements as him (ie, reach chapter 1, 2, 3, etc) - not running any mods or anything either so not sure why

edit: if it helps, I believe my friend was the host, as I joined him via a steam invite he sent out.

Same, tried checking cache - no result, reinstall - no result. Also tried hosting/joining/solo playing.

Hello MXiaa! I'll ask here but about another achievement:
'Defeat [last boss] without using feathers' mean dont use them at fight, or whole run? If first - it seems to be bugged, just did it very clear with one feather at ch1 and got no achievement.
